Find yourself in another planet as you travel through moon-like landscapes around the area of Mission Control’s Mars Rover testing in 2019.
Iceland has been known as an ideal location for space training, of both astronauts and equipment, since NASA’s Apollo Program of the 1960s.
Landscapes of vast lava fields, glaciers and geothermal energy give you an otherworldly feeling. Traveling around on an Arctic Truck in these areas, puts you in the footsteps of space scientists that have impacted human history.
Does a trip to outer space sound too far? On this day-tour we take you towards the test site of Mission Control’s Mars Rover testing of summer 2019. As we at Arctic Trucks Experience assisted the scientists during their stay, we know exactly where to take you. Be prepared to feel as you have arrived in outer-space.
